I express my deep appreciation to the staff and management of this paradise in our home country. During my business trip, I stayed at your hotel for almost a week and enjoyed comfort and convenience. Your friendly staff provided a very relaxing environment and positive atmosphere. I want to express my special gratitude to the receptionist, Irina Milakova, for her assistance in resolving issues during my stay at your hotel. I am planning to travel by car to your hotel again and spend vacation with my family and children. I will recommend it to all my associates and friends who are traveling to Sochi. What a lovely hotel! I enjoyed everything. The rooms have all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly. Even though we arrived late for dinner, we were still provided with food. The Hotel is located downtown next to the Arboretum. The backyard faces the sea. I recommend this Hotel to everyone. We stayed here from March 22 to March 24, 2024.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone. Beautiful green area. Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. A variety of breakfast meals to choose from. The staff service is at its best. Guest’s comfort is the top priority for the hotel staff. Especially we would like to acknowledge the receptionist Alexander, he is very polite and friendly to the guests. He solved superoperatively all the issues that arose during our stay at the hotel. Everything was wonderful. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation.

We stayed at the hotel from March 4 to March 10, 2024. We were completely satisfied with accommodation. Clean room. Fresh renovations. Snow white bed linen. Regular housekeeping service. Attentive and caring staff at the reception – Katherine and Alexander. The bathroom toileteries are replenished daily. Special thanks for organizing and hosting the buffet on March 8. Wonderful and diverse breakfast will meet the needs of anyone even those who are on a diet. Friendly staff ready to help at any time. Perfect hotel location. We were more than pleased. We certainly will recommend to our friends to stay at your hotel even during the off season.

I can’t help but write a positive feedback. Sea Galaxy Hotel is a modern, comfortable and cozy facility. The hotel staff is very friendly and therefore the atmosphere at the hotel is most favorable. Breakfast meals are very tasty. I arrived here on my birthday and got a discount from the hotel and a very nice compliment, for which I am grateful. On behalf of our family I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for hospitality and wonderful vacation!!! I hope we’ll get back to you!!!

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights from October 30, 2023. The hotel is outstanding: room, food, housekeeping, service. For many years we have enjoyed vacationing in Sochi, so we have some basis for comparison. For breakfast there is absolutely everything you wish and even more (eg. Champagne). The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily, and if I’m not mistaken, bed linen was changed once in three days. All rooms have a sea view, which is also an absolute advantage. Excellent Room service: not expensive and very tasty. The staff is very polite and friendly. We will definitely come back here again!

I thank the hotel and its staff for the wonderful rest and mood, due to service, cleanliness, comfort, availability of useful items in the room, delicious breakfasts. Special thanks for the compliment I got from the hotel on my birthday. I deliberately chose the hotel fit for this occasion and I was not mistaken. And what fabulous views from the room, just a fairy tale! The location of the hotel and sea views were a priority for me. How wonderful it is to sleep when you hear the sound of the sea and breathe the clean sea air. The hotel fully corresponds to its 4 star rating. We stayed in the hotel from February 5 to 8.

Right now I am staying at the hotel. I want to stress that this is a beautiful four-star venue almost on the seashore. The Superior room I’m staying in is just wonderful. Everything is modern, well-maintained, clean and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and sympathetic. I have an option with breakfast. The meals are super tasty and varied. The location of the hotel is up to the mark: 100 meters from the central embankment with many shops, various cafes and restaurants, a well-maintained park named after Frunze. I am very pleased with the hotel and if I come to Sochi again, I will make a choice in its favor.

Hello! We stayed at the hotel in room 1214 from December 19 to 26. We got an excellent rest. Everything is fine- from the entrance to the hotel territory to the room and back. Pleasant and VERY friendly staff, decent cuisine, superb service. A compliment from the hotel for your birthday, great housekeeping service, change of bed linen and towels, calling a taxi, giving advice .... We will come to you next time with great pleasure. (For skeptics: we have something to compare with - Europe, UAE, Southeast Asia)

We had a vacation in the hotel in mid-December, we were lucky with the weather- it was +15, +17. The hotel is classy in all respects. The room service is excellent, the housekeeping service is great - the room was cleaned and linens changed on time and efficiently. I would especially praise the chefs. Meals are delicious, from oatmeal porridge and pastries to meat dishes. The view from the window is beautiful, on the sea and the city. We"ll come again for sure. Many thanks to all the staff! Good afternoon) I want to share my impressions with everyone who is going to have vacation in the wonderful Sea Galaxy hotel)) !! The hotel fully corresponds to the declared stardom in all respects. It is our first time in Sochi, before that we have traveled almost all over Europe, Tunisia and Scandinavia, there is something to compare with. The service is at the highest level, rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed and shower gel and shampoo are replenished every day; and the chic terry dressing gowns are simply the best.

I am very pleased with the hotel as a whole, but most of all I appreciate that that there is a spa salon here, where they do wonderful massages, I got 3 massages in a row and I feel completely renewed. Thank you, girls!!!

I stayed in your hotel with my husband and child from October 2 to 11, 2020. I haven’t visited Russian resorts for over 10 years. However, I was so pleasantly surprised in a good way that practically for the first time in my life I wished to give feedback about the hotel. Polite staff, all requests and wishes were taken into account, everything is VERY clean - the room itself, linen, towels, no dust at all! Nice view from the 13th floor, very tasty and varied breakfasts / dinners. A very decent hotel, I recommend it 100%. Shops, the park, the sea and the Arboretum are close to the hotel. Everything is beautiful and clean. However, I would like to add a small recommendation on my own - I would recommend to the staff during check-out to ask orally or let the guest fill out the questionnaire in the written form at guest’s will to clarify whether the guests liked everything during their stay – to share wishes, feedback, suggestions. My suggestion is as follows: I had a birthday during my stay - it would have been a VERY pleasant bonus to receive a compliment from the hotel, as an option - a flower)) or a discount at the spa))). Actually, you can come up with a lot of options for a guest’s birthday. It would be just great! This is just an idea for you to improve! there is always room to strive))) Thank you very much for the decent and really high quality service and the organization of a comfortable stay for your guests!!!

We have been staying at the galaxy every winter for 4 years. The rooms are warm. The view is excellent. The hotel staff is very friendly; all issues are always resolved quickly. Breakfasts are delicious, and they give a gift for birthdays.
